About ALive Training Services, LLC

ALive Training Services, LLC was established in 2019 by Andrew "Andy" Saxer. Andy is a career Firefighter/Critical Care-Tactical Paramedic. Andy has trained thousands of medical professionals in American Heart Association (AHA) disciplines. Andy provides certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS), Advanced Cardiovasular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Andy has also trained multiple police forces in the AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED courses. Andy has provided many hours of training to Emergency Medical Responders in rural Wisconsin, and throughout his career as a firefighter/paramedic, Andy has witnessed people he had trained save lives first-hand.

Beyond providing the course offerings of the American Heart Association, Andy maintains certification as a Wisconsin Fire and Emergency Services Instructor and EMS Instructor II, having worked as a Lead Instructor in the Wisconsin Technical College System.

Andy has also provided medical training internationally while working as a short-term missionary to Sierra Leone, Africa in April of 2026. The team on which he served provided Incident Command, CPR, and trauma care training to their national fire, police, military, and prison guard forces. ALive Training Services, LLC has partnered with churches in Wisconsin and Illinois to empower the Fire Force in Bo, Sierra Leone to provide emergency medical services to their community.
